Ceiling mount addressable visible (V/O) notification appliances are individually powered, addressed, and controlled from a Simplex fire alarm control unit (FACU) IDNAC Signaling Line Circuit (SLC). V/O notification appliances use a multi-candela strobe with synchronized 1 Hz flash rate and selectable candela rating. Xenon tube strobes devices are interoperable on the same IDNAC channel. Separate appliance and cover selection greatly simplifies the ordering and installation process.
